Engenuity Engineering were engaged to carry out the detailed design, documentation and Contract Administration for the 42 Lot Green Title development in Willetton. Scope included the earthworks, retaining walls, drainage, services and road. The engagement included Civil and Structural design and Construction support for the development of the adjacent Faith Community Church. The subdivision works are complete, while expected completion of the church will take place in July 2018.
