Peter has been involved in the engineering, building and construction industries for in excess of 35 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the business with his extensive management experience and engineering knowledge. Peter’s early working history began as an engineering design draftsperson involved with residential and commercial projects. His excellent communication abilities combined with technical knowledge led him to management opportunities. He is also a graduate of Curtin University’s Centre for Entrepreneurship’s Growth Program which is held in high regard with business owners and management teams. He is passionate about his involvement in the engineering field within the building and construction industry and proud to be part of them.

Nima is a Fellow member of Engineers Australia and a Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in consulting engineering industry in Australia and overseas. He has an extensive background in structural design and documentation of broad range of projects including residential and commercial as well as mining, heavy industrial, oil and gas and petrochemical plants. His skills include concept design, detailed design and construction supervision as well as management of engineering teams. His vast knowledge and expertise combined with excellent interpersonal skills, gives him the opportunity to provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders, leading to outstanding results.

Jason is a Chartered professional engineer with nearly two decades of experience in structural engineering across a variety of institutional, health, commercial, residential, industrial, retail and Defence projects in Australia Wide and overseas. Jason has undertaken project lead in delivering of a wide array of small-, medium- and large-scale private and government/Defence projects ranging from early planning through to tender, detailed design and analysis, value engineering, construction phase services, investigation studies and project management. With vast experience locally and internationally in a variety construction sectors as well as knowledge of construction methodologies, it allows Jason to bring the best value engineering solutions to meet the stakeholder’s needs. Above all, Jason is a passionate engineer with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working with clients and the delivery teams to achieve project visions and lead the successful delivery of projects.

Alan is an established and degree qualified Structural Engineer with over 10 years’ experience and has worked in both the Australian and European construction industries. He has been involved in a diverse range of engineering projects with significant exposure to residential, commercial, education and retail developments. Alan’s skills include the ability to develop conceptual design solutions in liaison with the consultant team, supervising the design and documentation stage, overseeing the coordination of contract documentation and supervising projects during construction. His experience across a broad spectrum of structures allows him to provide efficient solutions, and to work collaboratively with clients, architects, other consultants and builders to meet challenging schedules.
